Why We Started NatBliss
Staying healthy shouldn't be so hard. But for us — like many others — it was.
We're Lalita and Shilpi, two women from very different professional backgrounds, bound by one deep, personal mission to bring trustworthy Ayurvedic wellness into every home.
Lalita, with an engineering and MBA background, spent over 15 years in the corporate world. Shilpi, a Ph.D. in English Literature, has authored several books and is keen in academia. We were both thriving professionally — building careers, managing families, and ticking all the boxes of success.
But behind the scenes, our health was quietly deteriorating.
Non-stop work, screen time, irregular meals, and stress left us drained — physically and mentally. Fatigue, joint pains, acid reflux, low immunity, and anxiety crept into our daily lives. We weren't sick, but we definitely weren’t living well.
And we weren’t the only ones.
Back home, we saw our elders — like our parents — struggle with chronic issues like heart problems, diabetes, and joint pain. They take allopathic medicines, yet deep inside, they still seek something more natural, something they can trust , something Ayurvedic.
They believed in Ayurveda, tried to make home remedies, but gathering herbs and preparing fresh formulations every day became tough with age and this fast paced life.
Everywhere we looked — friends, family, even children — people were silently suffering. We tried everything — quick fixes, supplements, diets, and wellness trends — but most of it felt either too synthetic, too temporary, or simply not trustworthy .
That’s when we turned inward — to what we grew up with: Ayurveda.
We studied it, lived it, and experienced its power. Slowly, we saw real changes. And with that transformation came a powerful realization:
If we couldn’t find the right Ayurvedic solutions for our near ones — maybe we were meant to create them.
And that’s how NatBliss was born.
A brand built not just with formulas and ingredients, but with heart, experience, and a promise —
To restore trust in Ayurveda.
To make pure, effective, transparent wellness products.
To bring ancient Indian wisdom back into modern homes — in a way that's easy, reliable, and rooted in nature.
At NatBliss, we don’t believe in shortcuts. Our products are deeply researched, formulated by Ayurvedic experts, and made using time-tested herbs and methods — just like our grandparents would have trusted.
We’re here to help people of every age — children, adults, and elders — revive naturally, live freely, and heal daily.
Because with the right care and support, your body already knows how to heal.
You just need the right starting point. And that’s what NatBliss is.
With love and belief,
Lalita & Shilpi
