Delivering Wellness, One Package at a Time!

At NatBliss, we know how excited you are to receive your herbal wellness products, and we’re committed to delivering them to you in the quickest and safest way possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and related information. Let’s get into the details!

1. Where We Ship

Currently, we offer shipping within India only. We’re working on expanding to international locations, so stay tuned for future updates!

2. Shipping Charges

We aim to keep our shipping fees minimal and easy to understand. Here's how it works:

Free Shipping: Orders over ₹500 qualify for free shipping across India.

Standard Shipping Fee: A reasonable shipping fee is applied to orders below ₹500.

Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Once your order is placed, we work to process it as quickly as possible. Here’s what to expect:

Order Processing Time: It typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping.

Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. In some cases, rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times, but we do our best to get your NatBliss products to you quickly!

Please note that orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

4. Tracking Your Order

We believe in transparency and keeping you in the loop. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order every step of the way!

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with Delhivery and Shiprocket to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. In case of any delays, you can reach out to us, and we’ll coordinate with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Delivery Attempts (3 Tries to Get It Right!)

Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable to receive the package on the first attempt, they will try again up to two more times. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to us.

If your package is returned due to non-delivery, we will contact you to reschedule a delivery. Please note that any reshipment charges may be applicable in this case.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications

Need to make changes to your shipping address? If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’re happy to help! Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to update your address or make any modifications to your order.

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

8. What If My Package Is Delayed?

We strive to meet our delivery times, but sometimes delays happen due to factors beyond our control—like bad weather, logistical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we’ll do our best to notify you and keep you updated on the status of your delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, don’t hesitate to contact our support team, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly!

9. Missing or Damaged Orders

While we take great care to ensure your NatBliss products are packaged securely, accidents can happen during transit. If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us immediately:

We may ask for a photo of the damaged packaging or items so we can assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.

10. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may have already been processed and shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel orders, but you can follow our return and refund process if you wish to return the products.

11. International Shipping

At the moment, NatBliss does not offer international shipping. However, we’re working on expanding our delivery options beyond India soon.
