3.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order on NatBliss, you purchase our products. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason (such as stock unavailability or pricing errors).
3.2 Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in INR (Indian rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment options include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods offered at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information to complete the order.
3.3 Promotions & Discounts
From time to time, NatBliss may offer special discounts, coupon codes, or promotions. These are subject to specific terms and conditions, including validity dates, usage limits, and restrictions. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible, but shipping times may vary based on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
4.1 Delivery Timeline
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. NatBliss is not responsible for any delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or other external factors.
4.2 International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within India. International orders are not available, but we may expand in the future!
5. Returns & Refunds
At NatBliss, we’re confident you’ll love our products, but if you have received damaged goods, here’s how we handle returns:
5.1 Eligibility
Please contact our customer support team for the return instructions. We may ask for a photo of the damaged packaging or items within 24 hours of receiving the product so we can assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund. We will initiate the return or refund within 15 days of receiving the request, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
5.2 Refunds
If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the refund will be issued after deducting the applicable transit charges and the cost of return shipping to our warehouse/destination.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 15 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5.3 Non-Returnable Items
Products once opened, if the seal is broken, or items bought on clearance or sale are not eligible for returns.
